Two-Day Yin Yoga Certification Course

Join us for an immersive Yin Yoga certification designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students alike. Over two comprehensive days, you'll explore the foundational principles of Yin Yoga, including functional anatomy, the energetic pathways of Traditional Chinese Medicine (meridians), and the meditative qualities of long-held postures.
This training will give you the tools to confidently guide others through deeply restorative and introspective practices. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how Yin supports the nervous system, enhances mobility, and cultivates inner stillness.

-Key Yin Yoga postures and modifications
-Anatomy for Yin: bones, joints, and fascia
