Join Our Book Club: This is Body Grief by Jayne Mattingly 💔✨

You’re invited to a compassionate space to read, reflect, and connect through Jayne Mattingly’s This is Body Grief — a powerful exploration of embodiment, loss, and self-compassion.

Each session will begin with a grounding mindfulness meditation, followed by a review of our community agreements. Then we’ll move into a gently facilitated group discussion and close with thoughtful journal prompts to take home and deepen your reflection.
