Join Body & Brain and friends for an unforgettable day to celebrate World Tai Chi & Qigong Day + Earth Day Celebration on Sunday, April 27, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm!

Body & Brain will be hosting activities centered on the principles of harmony, balance, and holistic wellness.

!! We will gather in the large field between the Playground and Chastain Park Ave NW.

Program: Tai Chi Qigong and Earth Day activities followed by "bring your own picnic".

Parking ~ General parking is available in and around Chastain Park.

Fee ~ Free & open to all levels. No experience is required.
