West Midtown Gluten Freedom: TWO DAYS of gluten-free pizza and BEER!

Please note this is for the WEST MIDTOWN location (670 Trabert Ave.). Separate Gluten Freedom will be happening at our Garage location on the same days.

Gluten-free friends, rejoice! On Tuesday, 5/13 and Wednesday 5/14 from 4-8pm, Monday Night West Midtown is giving you total Gluten Freedom!

PIZZA: Our Neapolitan pizza kitchen will be serving up our pies with 100% gluten-free dough, nearly indecipherable from our regular light and airy crust (save for the exclusion of gluten!).

BEERS: We'll have our third Gluten Free beer Placebo Pils, a 100% Gluten Free Pilsner on draft and in 4 packs to-go.

100% GF: We will be providing 100% gluten-free service for this one day only. As many people with a gluten intolerance know it's tough for a pizza place to manage cross contamination. For that reason our team is shutting down the kitchen early the night before to do a total cleaning of our oven, kitchen, and prep-station. Gluten be gone (for a day)!

Gluten Freedom Night is an endeavor close to our hearts. With many friends and family who suffer from gluten intolerance, we want to provide a stress free night of high quality beer and pizza.

HOW IT WORKS:

We will be offering our full menu of pizzas with the exception being that they will all be cooked with our gluten free dough. If you have been dissapointed by gluten free pizza in the past we challenge you to come try this - honestly most people won't be able to even tell the difference between this and our regular pizzas.

Due to the long process it takes for making this dough and limited capacity we are asking people to reserve their number of pizzas and dining time via this Eventbite. These are free reservations for the number of pizzas you will consume (you show reservation and be able to then place your pizza order at the event). These reservations will guarantee you a pizza but if you are not able to make it simply cancel the ticket so that someone else can claim that spot.

Each pizza will be approximately 12" and feeds 1-2 people per pie.

Our 100% Gluten Free beer, Placebo Pils, will be available on draft and to-go.
