A scant 2 years ago David was presented with the possibility of purchasing a conglomeration of properties in south downtown Atlanta . As the founder, investor and manager of several successful startup companies, Cummings is no stranger to big, visionary projects. What he saw triggered something aspirational and within 2 months, he made the purchase.
