Sunday Basic Meditation

We’re excited to host two monthly sessions that are open to everyone—whether you’re new to Buddhism or already have some experience. These sessions, held in English, will take place on a Wednesday and a Sunday of each month. We hope you’ll join us!

Facilitator: Chris Yoder
Chris has been directly involved with Georgia Buddhist Summer Camp since it began more than twelve years ago. A dedicated practitioner of many traditions, Chris will lead a meditation focusing on breath awareness, mindfulness, and compassion. This practice will include seated, walking and standing meditation to enrich the experience.

*Visitors are warmly invited to join our Vietnamese-language service at 11:30 AM Participants can engage in Vietnamese chanting, listen to sutra readings, and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch with the community afterward.
