Join Atlanta Judo Midtown at the Strong and Stable Meet and Greet!

Join AJM on Friday, August 8th from 10:00-11:00am to learn more about the Strong and Stable program. Our instructors will share how the program came to be, what Strong and Stable students can expect out of the course, and answer any questions you may have.

Strong and Stable is a Judo-inspired program developed by Atlanta Judo Midtown. For over 30 years, AJM has provided high-level judo instruction and taught hundreds of students how to throw and fall, safely. This program is designed for adults 55+ who want to learn how to prevent falls and reduce their impact through ukimi, or fall-breaking.

Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. Come tour our dojo and learn if the Strong and Stable program is for you. RSVP today!
