After being laid off in 2009, Steve Carse set out to create the best popsicles ever made. Inspired by Latin American paletas, he and his brother launched King of Pops, a small pushcart operation that has since grown into an Atlanta institution. Known for their handcrafted, all-natural flavors, King of Pops has become a staple at festivals, grocery stores, and neighborhood gatherings across the South.
