This Pride Month, we’re creating space for something we don’t always give ourselves permission to feel:
Joy. Presence. Pleasure.
Too often, as Black Queer men, we’ve been taught to survive — not to feel good.
To shrink. To hustle. To harden.
This session is about unlearning all of that.
🧘🏾♂️ 45 minutes of movement + breathwork under the sun
🗣 A heart-centered conversation on being present in your joy, grounded in your body, and open to pleasure — emotional, spiritual, and relational
🤝 A space to reflect, restore, and reconnect — with yourself and each other
