-We’ll meet & begin warm-ups at 8:30 AM just outside of Eden Smoothies in Madison Yards. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early if possible. Let me know if you expect to be running late.
-All paces are welcome, just come as you are!
-Parking: There is a free parking garage right across the street from Eden!
-What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, water, and a Bible with a journal and pen (you can leave these in your vehicle until after the run). Sunglasses are optional.
-After: We will enjoy coffee/breakfast, & Bible study (bring your own money!)
