About this Event

Freedom Park is large! I recommend parking on Druid Pl NE, and I will be near the bench closest to that street. There is a park rules sign and a trash can near the bench. Come ready to jump right into your session :)

Each session is 20 minutes with a 10-minute transition period. There are 8 sessions available.
