Cooking with Spirits: Japan - with Chef Nikki

Join us for a special cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!

Journey to Japan in the Barrel Room at ASW. Under the guidance of Chef Nikki, you will learn how to prepare sushi like a professional sushi chef. If you love sushi, this is the class perfect for you! Everyone will be able to prepare amazing sushi rolls like Spicy Tuna and California Roll. You will also learn how to prepare scrumptious bourbon chicken eggrolls, while showcasing ASW award winning bourbon in a delicious and easy Bourbon Teriyaki dipping sauce. We will also have a fun trivia session!

This one-of-a-kind class is perfect for date nights or girls' nights out. It is open to all skill levels and groups, but please arrive 10 minutes early to get the adventure started. We hope to see you there!
