August Common Grounds

Slow down with us for our monthly Garden Cafe. This community gathering explores connecting with wellness through food and movement. Enjoy the scenery and make new friends over adaptogenic elixirs, fresh juices, coffee and brunch by Ry. Yoga and sound healing offered if you'd like to participate. This is an All AGES event with a kids playzone. Drop-in anytime 9AM-12pm. Registration is inclusive of all food, drinks and participation in any wellness activities. Advance registration $25/per person; $35 Day of.

Kids are FREE!!

9:15 AM - Morning Mindful Vinyasa with Kali Arnold
11 AM - Sound Healing with Kofi Ksa
