Aria invites guests to join Kurt Beitler winemaker at Bohème Wines on California's Sonoma Coast for an intimate five-course wine dinner on Wednesday Aug. 6 at 7 p.m. The evening features five small-lot wines from Bohème each thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu crafted by chef Joseph Harrison. Beitler will share the stories and philosophy behind his deeply personal and hands-on approach to every bottle produced at Boehme.
Bohème Wines founded by fifth-generation winemaker Kurt Beitler in 2004 produces small-lot chardonnay and pinot noir from four hand-farmed coastal vineyards in Occidental on the true Sonoma Coast. Beitler is directly involved in every step of the process from pruning to fermentation guided by a philosophy that values careful farming low yields and minimal intervention. The result is clean focused wines with texture and energy made to reflect their coastal origins and pair well with food.
Tickets are $230 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity and seating is very limited. Reservations are available via Resy.
