The menu features dishes like the Short Rib Seco Benedict rich with slow-braised meat and aji amarillo hollandaise and a delicate Mushroom Quiche topped with smoked salmon roe and housemade lemon crème fraîche. Behind the bar a seasonal cocktail lineup sets the tone with options like the Lavish Queen made with lavender chai and gin or the bright bubbly Springtime Paloma with strawberry mezcal and Topo Chico.
