$5 Day • Practical Self Defense

Practical Self Defense classes aim to provide a safe and judgement free space for students to build self-reliance and confidence in their surroundings. Coach David as he teaches you:

• De-escalation methods and how to “read the room” in order to avoid physical conflict before it happens
• Simple and effective techniques that we take from basic application all the way to being able to use them in reality based scenarios
• Fitness training to help you understand your own movement better to make sure your training works best for you

What to bring:
• Clean sneakers (we don't want to track in dirt, glass, germs, etc.)
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
• Water
