About the event

Pause: A Quiet Retreat
Summer Pause: A Quiet Retreat sets the stage for Summer on the Open to all level of students. Breakfast and snacks are included to help you “Pause”. Simply arrive in the morning and settle in for a day of gentle yoga, gentle breathing, and quiet practices of Self Care.

-Summer Pause begins with a slow Restorative Yoga Practice
-After yoga, we pause for breakfast/snacks and to talk quietly about Seasonal Ayurvedic and Yoga tips for Summer
-We may go for a Quiet Walk together
-We close with a Breath-Work and Meditative practice
-Optional: 1-2pm is optional to Sit in Quiet together (whether that is Savasana, a seated pose, time for Quiet Journaling)–this time is fully Silent

Seasonal Pause: Quiet Retreats will set the stage for each Season on the first Saturday of June, October, January, and March.
