Yoga & Mala Bead Workshop

Join Tracy from Hazelrocks Jewellery and Lisa from Cúlú Yoga & Wellness for a beautiful day of crafting, connection and fun, coming away with your very own male infused with your personal intentions and crystals.

We will open our day together with some gentle, mindful movements followed by a grounding meditation - a sacred time to set your intentions.

Tracy will then guide us in our mala making.

There will be teas, coffee, herbal teas, snacks and refreshments, lots of chats and plenty of laughter too.
