Tour of the Heartlands 2025

With 3 new routes to choose from, Shannonside Cycling Club's annual Tour of the Heartlands moves East of the Shannon bringing cyclists something different this year. Both the 85km and 106km routes take in lots of rural lanes before cyclists will choose to either take on some serious climbing before the Clonaslee food stop with the full 106km challenge or turn straight for Clonaslee, without taking on any of the heights, continuing on the 85km route. Those cyclists taking on the 55km spin will encounter a charming route along the Grand Canal's new cycleway and back home to Castledaly where a coffee and bite to eat will be available for those who want it at the finish.
