September Castle Iyengar Yoga Workshop

Stunning location of Portumna Castle!
We will be situated in the coach house above the tea rooms.
A general level 2 hour workshop with some restorative yoga at the end.
Must have some yoga experience.
All bookings and payments in advance and none refundable to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
