Breathe for Wellbeing
Monthly Breathwork Session @ Six Gym Studio (across the road from the main gym)
Last Sunday of the Month | 3 PM
Take an hour to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
In this 60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided through approx 40 minutes of simple breathing techniques designed to help you release stress, clear your mind, and drop into deep relaxation.
We'll finish with some quiet time for reflection — you're welcome to share your experience, ask questions, or simply sit and soak in the shift the breathwork creates.
Most of the techniques you'll experience are easy to weave into everyday life, and I’m always happy to stay after the session if you'd like to chat about how to build a simple, home breathwork practice of your own.
How to join:
RSVP to Six Gym via Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
• Gym members with a class membership: Free
• Gym members without a class membership: $5
• Non-members: $15
Numbers are restricted so ensure to RSVP!
What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Cushions/bolsters for comfort
• Blanket and socks if you get cold easily
• Optional: eye pillow for extra relaxation
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing — think yoga or lounge wear.
Try to avoid heavy meals in the two hours before the session for a more comfortable experience.
