UT Health Athens DaVinci Demonstration

We are proud to introduce the community to the new DaVinci robot housed at UT Health Athens. This piece of technology allows for laparoscopic, robot assisted surgeries of a multitude of specialties including, but not limited to, gynecology, general surgery, and urology. The innovation allows for smaller incisions, less pain and faster recovery times. Robert Dorman, MD, will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate the uses.

The community is welcome to come and get a hands on look at the newest example of how UT Health Athens is bringing Innovation to Henderson County!
