🌿 Root 2 Rise Yoga Fest 🌞 is a celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community wellness, presented by Athens Farmers Market! Join us on Sunday, June 8th in Athens, GA, as we come together to nourish the body and spirit while supporting FarmRX, our food insecurity program dedicated to providing fresh, local produce and wellness resources to families in need.

A full day of diverse yoga styles, wellness sessions, and a vendor market featuring Athens’ favorite wellness brands and healthy food options to nourish the mind, body, and soul.

Vendor Market opens to the public at 10:00 am

Class 1: 11 am-12 pm Yoga w/ Kelsey Wishik (all levels) ~Feel Free Yoga & Wellness~

Lunch/break: 12 pm-1 pm

Class 2: 1 pm-1:45 pm Slow Flow w/ Brenda Neisler ~Feel Free Yoga & Wellness~

Class 3: 2 pm-2:45 pm Power Flow with Asia Meana ~ Highland Yoga~

Class 4: 3 pm-3:45 pm Empower: Pilates & Somatic Movement ~Pure Balance Pilates~

Class 5: 4:15 pm-5 pm Yin Yoga w/ Sydney McCall ~Feel Free Yoga & Wellness~
