Open House & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: Dublin Street Phase II

We are pleased to announce that Phase II of construction at Dublin St. is nearly complete, and with it five new permanently affordable homes that will be added to Athens' supply of housing for low- and moderate-income families. A total of eight homes grace the wooded lots nestled into the East Athens community.

Join us for refreshments and hors d'oeuvres as we celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a tour of the homes!

Funding was made available for these affordable housing projects through the American Rescue Plan funds allocated for affordable housing by the Athens-Clarke County Mayor and Commission, by Wells Fargo, and by the Athens-Clarke County Department of Housing and Community Development HOME and CDBG Programs of the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County, an Equal Opportunity Employer.
