“Midnight in Paris”

This Oscar-winning film centers on Gil Pender (Owen Wilson), a Hollywood screenwriter and aspiring novelist. While on a trip to Paris with his fiancée (Rachel McAdams), he begins exploring the city alone at night. One one of these evening strolls, he encounters a group of strange — yet familiar — revelers, who sweep him along, apparently back in time, for a night with some of the Jazz Age's icons of art and literature. 2011, PG-13, 94 min.
