July Holistic Yoga Class with Kerry

Come join me on this last Friday in July for some Summertime Yoga.
Staying "balanced" in all seasons is a tricky dance. Here we are in our mighty hot season where we can experience many sensations and a need to regulate some of this heat.

In this helpful holistic Hatha Yoga practice, we will explore some of the ways we can utilize our mind, body and instincts to help better modify. This can include some of the raw emotions many of us are feeling in times of such turmoil on our Earth so we can get back out there to help in ways that we are able.

Although some experience with Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class where you are urged to only do what is safe for your body and optionals are given.

Right after this class there is a wonderful opportunity to experience a Yoga Nidra guided by Sydney McCall at 5:15-6:15. What a nice way to flow into some deep healing time right after a full Yoga practice!
