Η Roma Gallery παρουσιάζει την ομαδική έκθεση «Γεωμετρική Όραση: Όπυ Ζούνη, Μαριάννα Λούρμπα, Γιάννης Μίχας» σε επιμέλεια της ιστορικού τέχνης Άλιας Τσαγκάρη. Η έκθεση προτείνει την παράλληλη (side-by-side) θέαση τριών διακριτών οπτικών πάνω στην ιδέα της γεωμετρίας, δίνοντας έμφαση στην αισθητηριακή πρόσληψη και την επεξεργασία γεωμετρικών εννοιών από τους τρεις καλλιτέχνες. Αντί να επιβάλει ένα επίπλαστο τεχνοϊστορικό αφήγημα που θα κατέτασσε τα έργα σε μία συγκεκριμένη σχολή βάσει μορφολογικών συναφειών ή αναφορών σε κοινές παραδόσεις της καλλιτεχνικής γλώσσας, η 'Γεωμετρική Όραση' αναδεικνύει την έννοια της γεωμετρίας ως αφετηρία για τη διαμόρφωση ενός σύνθετου πλέγματος διασυνδέσεων, εντός του οποίου οι διαφορετικές προσεγγίσεις συναρθρώνονται σε ένα ενιαίο πεδίο χωρικών συσχετισμών.

🇬🇧 Roma Gallery is pleased to present the group exhibition “Geometric Vision: Opy Zouni, Marianna Lourba, Yannis Michas” curated by the art historian Alia Tsagkari. The exhibition proposes the parallel, side-by-side viewing of three distinct visions on the idea of geometry, placing emphasis on the reception and processing of geometric concepts by the three artists. Rather than imposing an art-historical narrative that would align the works with a specific school through morphological affinities or shared traditions of artistic language, 'Geometric Vision' foregrounds geometry as a generative principle: the point of departure for a complex network of interconnections in which the artists’ approaches coalesce into a shared field of spatial relations.
