Free Kids Self-Defense and Jiu Jitsu Seminar
Athens Jiu Jitsu is proud to Host our First Free Kids Seminar.

At Athens Jiu-Jitsu, we are dedicated to helping young learners grow both on and off the mat. Our Kids' and Junior Programs focus on building confidence, physical and mental wellness, self-control, self-discipline, and toughness through the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Whether your child has been training in Jiu Jitsu for years or has never done any kind of martial arts, there will be something for them. We will have specific instruction and teachings for new and advanced kids between the ages of 4yr to 14yr.
