Autumn Yoga with Kerry-The turning towards release

And, there are many paths to help us be on our way. Each turning of the season has its gifts and challenges for us to learn from.
I know we can feel the change in the light and hints of Autumn all around.

Come join us as we explore ideas of the "turning towards release" within this helpful, holistic Hatha Yoga class. Through our stretches, movements, breathing and meditative state, we can start to usher in these seasonal flavors of shedding what is no longer helpful in our lives.

Although some experience in Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class where you are urged to honor the needs of your body and optionals are given.
