Authentic Movement is a self-directed movement meditation that deepens our ability to listen and respond to the inherent wisdom of the body. It is a gateway into personal story, active imagination and kinesthetic delight. The monthly series is for anyone interested in coming home to the body to cultivate presence, creativity and well-being.
