August Lunch and Learn:

August's Lunch and Learn is sure to inspire healthful and delicious new recipes as participants learn to Nourish Your Family, Simplify Your Meals: The Mediterranean Way.

We will discover delicious and easy ways to bring the benefits of the Mediterranean diet to your table, making back-to-school and family meal times healthier and happier.

The Mediterranean Diet is know for its heart healthy benefits, but did you know it also supports brain health and concentration by incorporating healthy fats and whole grains.

Participants will have the opportunity to sample delicious recipes and learn tips and tricks for quick and easy Mediterranean-inspired meals the whole family will love.

Lunch is served from 12-1 at St. John Lutheran Church, 451 Lila Lane, Athens and is $10 payable at the door.
