This course is designed to introduce now players to this exciting sport. Suitable for all ages over 18 the game can be described as a cross between tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is played on an indoor court with teams
of 2. The rules are simple to pick up and the games last usually 10-15 minutes. At a beginner level you need to have good hand eye coordination and an average level of fittness. To give some perspective the club currently has players from their 20’s to their 70’s. Please reply to East Cavan Pickleball Club if you are interested.
