Mind Your Mind Community Walk

Join us for the 5th Annual Mind Your Mind Community Walk on Sunday, 19th October, at the beautiful Trim Castle. This special birthday remembrance walk for Tom is a family-friendly event that brings us together to support one another, remember loved ones, and promote open conversations about mental health.

We’ll take a short scenic walk from Trim Castle car park to the Yellow Steeple, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Trim Castle.

This year, we are proud to support Jigsaw, a national youth mental health charity that provides free, confidential support for young people aged 12–25, along with advice for parents and those working with young people.

✨ The day will also feature live music from local band The Sandman.

Come walk with us to remember, connect, support each other, and raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention 💙✌️
