About the event

Herbal Medicine workshop Nervous System

Saturday August 2nd 10am to 4pm we are having a repeat of our Nervous System focused Herbal workshop.

Castletownmoor Organic Farm
Carlanstown, Kells, Co Meath .

10am to 4pm .

We will be focusing on the nervous system, working with herbs to help with anxiety, relax muscles, increase memory and concentration and aid sleep etc .
We will be identifying native herbs in our organic herb garden, we will discuss their benefits and how to prepare them.
Inside we will be making tea, infusions, tinctures, oils and cream etc.
