Join Leona’s ‘Calm and Connect Yoga’, a transformative 4-Week Term designed to deepen your connection with yourself and others through yoga and mindful practices. This course is perfect for anyone looking to cultivate inner peace, enhance mindfulness, and foster a sense of self and of sangha/community. Each week, we will explore various aspects of yoga, including asana (postures), meditation, breathwork, and intention setting, creating a holistic approach to wellness.
Step onto your mat for this transformative ‘Calm & Connect Yoga’ New 4-Week Term, starting on Wednesday7th May ’25 from 10am – 11.15am at Dúlra Therapy Centre, Lurganboy, Dromone, Oldcastle, Co Meath, A82D2R8. Under the guidance of 200HR Yoga Instructor Leona, you will learn how to cultivate a deeper sense of balance and peace in your daily living.

What is planned for this 4-Week Term?
Week 1: Introduction to Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork
* Focus on the fundamentals of yoga, mindful breathing and how it can enhance your yoga practice.
* Explore gentle asanas to connect breath with movement.
Week 2: Cultivating Presence Through Movement
* Dive deeper into asana practice with an emphasis on mindful movement.
* Introduce dynamic sequences that promote flow and connection.
Week 3: Emotional Awareness and Acceptance
* Focus on identifying and releasing emotional tension through targeted poses and meditative practices.
* Incorporate heart-opening postures to foster self-love and acceptance.
Week 4: Deepening Connection with the Inner Self
* Focus on nurturing a deeper relationship with yourself through reflective practices and self-inquiry.
* Explore poses that encourage introspection and self-acceptance, allowing you to tap into your inner wisdom.
* Engage in guided meditations designed to foster a sense of inner peace and clarity, helping you align with your true self.
All that you need to bring with you to each weekly session is:
* A yoga mat
* Comfortable clothing for Yoga / Asana sessions
* A blanket and cushion (if desired for Savasana/Relaxation/Meditation)
* Drinking Water
*There are top up drinking water, toilet and free parking facilities at Dúlra Therapy Centre A82 D2R8.*
