Cellular Memory

A lot of the pains in our body are as a result of injuries we got as kids that we didn’t even notice. Cellular memory is about unlocking the cells from a point of view in which they’ve been stuck so that they can go back to doing what they're supposed to be doing.

Cellular memory refers to the idea that individual cells can retain information about past experiences, influencing their behavior and responses in the future. This concept suggests that memories aren't solely stored in the brain but can also be encoded and stored within the body's cells

Trauma and chronic pain:
Cellular memory may contribute to the long-term effects of trauma, including chronic pain and other physical symptoms.

Immune system:
The immune system's ability to "remember" past infections is a well-established example of cellular memory, allowing for faster and more effective responses to subsequent encounters with the same pathogen.
