I have been a stress pot all my life really. Anxiety has always been inside me. For better or for worse. Sometimes I can use it to catapult me into bringing an idea to fruition. Or trying to change the knots in my stomach into excitement over something coming up.
But that's not always the case. Some days anxiety and stress suffocates us. We don't know if we are coming or going. We spiral into stories, our breath shortens and the body doesn't know if its coming or going!
The Yin practice and all it's taught me over the last 7 years helps to ground me. It's my go to place to reclaiberate. Alongside walks in fresh air and my garden �
But to helps us heal from the inside out we need to slow down, feel into what's happening in ourselves, in a quiet space, process and let it release itself.
Yin is our gateway.
