Please RSVP if you are coming so we have an idea of numbers! We had a few more people show up than those who RSVPd here so don’t be discouraged by the numbers... just show up! And bring your friends!
REMINDER: this is a fun and casual game... how we play depends on how many people show up.
Who: ALL Pac-12 Alumni (and friendly guests) … all levels, male & female. New faces are ALWAYS welcome too! Share the invite, tag your friends, bring your roommate... as long as everyone has good sportsmanship, they are welcome! Please wear something with your school on it.
What: CASUAL pick-up softball (we pick teams at the start of the day... we try to mix it up every week depending on who shows up)
When: EVERY Saturday (except the BYE days) through August 16th 2:45pm - 5pm (game starts at 3pm)
Where: North Meadow Field 2 (enter around 96th and Central Park West or walk west from 5th Ave)
What else? If you don’t have your own glove, you can share with someone. Just SHOW UP willing to play in comfortable clothes. If you’re not sure about playing, just come watch a game or two and you’re sure to get on the field in no time.
Also, join us for post-game refreshments. If you’re new to the city this is a fantastic way to meet new people.
Each week I (or another Pac-12 baller) will post a game reminder - and in the case of rain we will post news of cancellation.
