Cardio Drumming with Ms. Gale

Cardio Drumming is an upbeat workout that will get you moving to the music. Fitness or loose fitting clothing is suggested for maximum comfort.

We are doing this session a little different than past sessions - seats will be available first come, first serve (no saving seats!). Please register each week so we have your contact info for updates, although registration does not guarantee a spot.
