Art Therapy Workshop: Between the Lines Sketchbook
Tuesdays, February 3, 10, 17 & 24 | 7:00–8:00 PM | $80 | All supplies included

This four-week Art Therapy Workshop invites you to rediscover your inner voice through the creative process of designing a sketchbook. Each session combines therapeutic writing prompts with artistic direction to help you explore your story, emotions, and identity, one page, work and drawing at a time.

Through guided exercises, reflection, and creative experimentation, participants will learn to use art as a tool for clarity, healing, and self-discovery. The result is a one-of-a-kind sketchbook that becomes a visual and emotional record of who you are, your thoughts, your growth, and your journey forward.

A journal and all materials are provided; just bring an open heart and a willingness to create.
