Kappo by Tron Pop-Up
Four seatings daily, with reservations available from 4:00pm-8:30pm.

Kappo by Tron is a nomadic culinary concept rooted in the refined traditions of Japanese kappo dining. A philosophy that emphasizes intimacy, technique, and seasonality. Rather than existing as a fixed-location restaurant, Kappo by Tron travels intentionally, bringing a 15-course omakase experience to select destinations, private venues, and exclusive hospitality partners across the country.
