Tuesday Night Run at Flying J

This week we will run a 4-5ish mile loop at Flying J starting from the main trailhead (upper, paved lot). We will plan to hang out after so bring your own beverage/snack (or we'll have some to share) and a chair. Come for the run or just come for the after run hangout!

Remember this is a social run and your pace is the best pace. We stop and regroup at all trail intersections so that no one gets lost. Hope to see you there!!
