Ashtanga Half Primary Series

Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 am
June 4, 11, 18, 25

Designed for students with a basic understanding of the Ashtanga system, the class includes the foundational standing sequence and continues through the seated postures up to Navasana (Boat Pose), followed by a shortened finishing sequence.

This class builds strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance while maintaining the meditative rhythm of traditional Ashtanga practice. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to join, though a basic level of mobility is helpful. If you’re ready to explore the transformative potential of Ashtanga yoga in a supportive setting, this class is for you.
