Doodling Around with Mixed Media

What is a Mixed Media weekend? You start with blank pages and leave with a painted and sprayed colorful journal! No experience is needed and very little new supplies! Use what you have, learn what works and what doesn't. Learn how different papers react to different mediums.

You will be guided thru the weekend. We will create pages with stamps, quotes, doodles, ephemera and love. The saying. "I can't do that" turns into "look at what i did".

Carol Kis is a wife, mom, steelworker, and creator of art! "I love playing with different mediums and new ideas, I would doodle forever if I didn't have bills to pay!"
"I started out in the early 90s with stamps and cards, moved into scrapbooking, started serious doodling around 2012. Around 2015, I dove into art journaling and my hands haven't been clean since. I love to feel a page and admire all the details and do it just for me! I'm looking forward to playing with you and getting you into a world of creativity. There are no mistakes - and we are going to have a ball!"
