Student Only Workshop with Nicky Wright

One of our regular teachers here at MDIY, Nicky Wright is going to be teaching a student only workshop on Saturday October 4th, 10am til 12.30.


If you want to delve a little deeper into your practice and enjoy the collective energy of being in a workshop with fellow students..... this is the ideal time to come along and try a workshop with your yoga friends.


Nicky has been to India on numerous occasions to study and loves to bring a flavour of this to her workshops, a good blend of Iyengar yoga spices makes for a great experience.


There is always a fun and inclusive energy in Nicky's workshops and the 2.5hrs affords time to further improve your understanding of the rich and diverse subject of Yoga via the method of Iyengar yoga.
