Sacred Flow: A Day Retreat is a full-day immersion into body, voice, and energy designed to reconnect you with your inner flow.
Held at the peaceful Blueberry Gardens in Ashton, Maryland, this retreat invites you to explore movement, sound, and subtle energy in community. We’ll journey through a series of heart-centered practices including:
🌿 Embodiment Dance – led by Jenny O., this intuitive movement session will help you release stored emotions, ground into your body, and awaken inner joy.
🎤 Vocal Activation & Serenade – guided by special guest Xinola, we’ll explore the healing power of the voice, followed by a vocal performance to nourish the soul.
🎶 Sound Bath – drop into deep rest and recalibration through a vibrational journey with crystal singing bowls.
⚡ Kundalini Activation – close the day with a powerful energy experience guided by Laura from Sounds del Alma, allowing the body to integrate and expand.
We’ll open and close in integration circles, creating space to connect, reflect, and ground.

This is a beautiful opportunity to return to yourself, move with intention, and connect in sacred community.
Laura is a Dominican sound healer, Kundalini Activation facilitator, and mental health counseling student devoted to creating heart-centered spaces for energetic alignment, emotional release, and inner awakening. She also offers auric activations—an intuitive form of energy healing that supports the body’s natural ability to shift and heal from within.
Xinola is a Dominican-Colombian-American artist and musician making waves in the Latin music scene. Known for tracks like “Bachata de Popi,” “Que Hablen,” and “Under Girl,” her music honors Dominican culture, Afro-Indigenous roots, and the migrant experience. Xinola’s art and performances are a powerful celebration of rhythm, identity, and ancestral expression.
Jenny O was born in the Dominican Republic—the land of merengue, bachata, mamajuana, and plátanos. She is a personal trainer, Latin dance instructor, and the creator of DanzaTone, a dance fitness movement rooted in joy, strength, and culture. With her fiery energy and deep love for music and motion, Jenny O brings a unique, soulful approach to embodied wellness.
By registering for and attending Sacred Flow: A Day Retreat on July 13, 2025, at Blueberry Gardens (237 Ashton Rd, Ashton, MD 20861), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in any physical, meditative, or energetic practice (including but not limited to dance, vocal activation, sound healing, and Kundalini Activation) carries the risk of physical or emotional discomfort or injury. I certify that I am voluntarily participating in all activities and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that I may incur.
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, facilitators (including but not limited to Laura from Sounds del Alma, Jenny O., and Xinola), and the venue, Blueberry Gardens, from any claims, demands, and causes of action, including those caused by negligence.
If I have any medical conditions, physical limitations, or am pregnant, I have consulted with a medical professional and take full responsibility for my participation.
This retreat may include practices that involve deep emotional or energetic release. I understand that this is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and that the facilitators are not licensed medical professionals unless otherwise stated. I will listen to my body and emotions and opt out of any practice that does not feel aligned for me.
Photos and/or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes (social media, websites, or future event materials). By attending, I consent to the use of my image or likeness, unless I specifically inform the organizers prior to the start of the event that I do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another participant if you can no longer attend.
