SLNT.LY is proud to preset our Third Friday Silent Disco in the front of Lithia Park featuring an ecstatic dance from 6-8 provided by Ashland Ecstatic Dance, followed by multiple channels of live DJs playing House, Bass, Funkl, 80s and more! As, always, our events are ALL AGES, and go from 6-11pm with a $10 headphone rental.
We really want Third Fridays to become a highlight for Ashland, so please, help share this event, spread the word and invite your friends, because you can't create COMMUNITY without U and I ;)

Ecstatic Dance Ashland
In Ecstatic Dance, we allow the music to take us on a sacred journey as we tune into our bodies and find our own "unique" dance.
We allow whatever is happening inside us - any thoughts, feelings or tension in the body - and welcome it all into the dance.
As we learn to be present with these parts, which are just calling out for our love and attention, we find healing.
During these challenging and fast paced times on the planet, this is a space to be nourished and supported . . . where there is nothing to do and nothing to fix . . . and where we “dance” with whatever arises, as we remember the incredible beings we are.
Each playlist is “one of a kind” and designed specifically for each dance. No experience necessary.
Diane Horbacewicz has been holding space for Ecstatic Dance in Ashland for over 21 years and is a certified Hakomi Therapist and Teacher. Hakomi is a mindfulness based and body centered therapy.
