Gentle Barre Fitness

Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Held on New Hampshire's largest state-of-the-art sprung and heated dance floor.

Transform your body and enhance your health with this invigorating yet gentle barre fitness class. Through a combination of barre exercises, floor work, and spinal articulation, this class will help stretch, strengthen, and lengthen your body while improving posture and easing back pain.

All levels are welcome!
No prior dance experience necessary
No dress code required
Please bring a floor mat

Instructor: Joan Wiegers MFA, MA, Barre Certified
Cost: $15 per class or $56 for a 4-class pass (must be used within 5 weeks)
