Functional Ceramics Workshop-Planters

Time: 90 - minute session 6:00pm -7:30 pm
Cost: $45 + tax (Includes: clay, tools, glazes, & firing)

Abstract: Hello, fellow potters and ceramic artists! This workshop is designed to guide you through the creation of a functional yet uniquely decorative planter, balancing technical skill with artistic expression. Using intermediate and advanced techniques in throwing, trimming, carving, and glazing, participants will expand their abilities, while crafting a piece tailored to both form and purpose.

Trimming and glazing will take place on your own in follow-up sessions, typically, one week later, to allow for firing. Have fun, and learn while maintaining complete creative freedom as you explore personalized designs. Whether you're building on existing experience or looking to push the boundaries of your skillset, this artist-led instruction is structured to support growth across various levels of expertise while helping you execute exciting creative visions.
