SOMATIC WORKSHOP::
Come early for a Somatic Workshop with Rylan Mount! Rylan has been studying parkour and free-running for over a decade. Learn to relate your body to the world around you in different ways, and free your mind by overcoming physical obstacles. Come join us for a great introduction to movement before dance that get your brain and your body warmed up 🤸♀️🏃🤹
